- Your Agent can help you determine your buying power - that is, your financial reserves plus your borrowing capacity. A good agent works very closely with banks and bond originators and can advise you on where your best options might lie at any time. This includes assiting you in getting pre-qualified so you know exactly what your price range is.

buying agent will research the property you wish to put an offer in on
and advise you on average pricing on the market - and whether you
should offer less that asking price. We also do some scratching around
and give you the inside story - is it an urgent sale? what did they pay
for the property originally etc. Without this information you
are shooting in the dark.
- We can assist you, the buyer with referring builders or other professionals you might need to do inspections.
